Day of Wedding services consist of:

• Communicate with clients via phone, texting, e-mail, social media
• Six 1 hour client sessions prior to wedding
• Manage vendor coordination
• Manage rehearsal, ceremony and reception
• 8 hours of day of wedding coordination
• Assign two wedding concierges (Based on 200 guests count)
• Assemble wedding gifts for the couple’s departure
• Distribute enveloped final payments and tips to vendors
• Manage flow of guest traffic for the ceremony and reception
• Prepare production schedule and timeline for wedding day - distribute to vendors and wedding party
