I was trapped in for a while and Thursday passed me. Well I want to talk about the celebration of romance - Valentine's Day. This is the time to be romantic and since most of us have been snowed in twice within a 7 day period we will be running out today to get our romantic gifts for our sweethearts.

I want to let you gentlemen know that lingerie is not a favorite for 80% of the women. How about if if she goes and buys you a thong, wife beater, 4 inch pumps. You would not be pleased with her. Well remember that when you are looking for a gift you do not have to be so unoriginal. Think outside of the box. Get some rose petals and lavender oil and run her a bath. Get some sparkling wine and berries (it does not always have to be strawberries). Buy unique flowers. Tulips, sunflowers or lilies. Roses are such the norm.

Ladies we have such a hard time finding the man in our lives a great gift. Wrapping yourself with a bow in your birthday suit is not original. Cook a nice meal for your valentine. Make all his favorites. Ask his mom for help. Rent a non chick flick and watch it with him. Be interested in him and what he does. Maybe he loves golf. Get him a gift certificate for some rounds. Get basketball tickets to a game.

Ladies and gentlemen make your romantic day original to you two. It will be the one that you will remember the most.
