You owe me a favor!

I tell all my couples that it is the small things on the wedding bill that can cause your wallet to bleed. One of the items that can cause you to rack up the expenses is the party favors.

Are party favors necessary? How much should you pay for them? What kind of favor will fit in your wedding theme? And the questions continue.

I strongly recommend something edible and not tangible. The cute tangible favors such as a champagne glass, candle, or picture frames are left at the end of the night. This is because as nice and cute as they are people do not need another knick knack. But something chocolaty or chewy can be consumed at the event and there is nothing to take home but the memories of your wedding.

Think about homemade goods, chocolates, or candy. It can be hersey kisses or m&m's in a cute unconventional packing and it can become your table decor.
